Necessity is the mother of invention, and sometimes mothers are the best inventors. In the fall of 2007, a group of five moms began to discuss ideas to help a cause very close tho their hearts: their children's school.
As with most private schools, the board of Maranatha Christian School, which has an enrollment of almost 100 students, was seeking ways to increase revenue without raising tuition.
